there are some restrictions:
1. only available for people who passed away within 3 days
2. the person must have enough negative energy when he/she is dying to be sensed by the witch tool
3.the person who inherits others' memories must not commit suicide 3 days after gaining them, otherwise he/she will be forced to go through every memory gained from them before completely dead
